Oklahoma Football Top Plays Of 2020 | #20 Winfrey Blocks Dicker The Kicker

Offense, defense, and special teams were all key components to Oklahoma’s unprecedented run to a sixth consecutive Big 12 championship. Perhaps no game epitomized that more than the four-overtime thriller against Texas.

Shorthanded, Oklahoma found itself in a dogfight against a team competing to save their coach’s job and it literally went down to the wire…and then some. In the third overtime Texas lined up to kick what could have been a go ahead field goal but the Sooners’ junior defensive tackle wasn’t going to allow that to happen. Fighting off blockers, Winfrey was able to extend his left hand to block the kick and swing momentum back in OU’s favor.

The Sooners would end up missing a field goal themselves on the ensuing possession but they would ultimately end up sealing the win in the fourth overtime.
