Oklahoma Football Top Plays Of 2020 | #19 Washington Picks Off Ehlinger

We’re starting off our countdown with back-to-back plays from the 2020 OU/Texas game but let me just go ahead and saw that there will be more. After all, the game was the most epic game of the season for the Sooners and it did come against the top rival.

Oklahoma had multiple opportunities to put this game away and the fact that it even made it to overtime is a testament to the Texas fortitude (I hate saying that) and the frustration of the roller coaster course this team took through the first half of the season.

One such opportunity was when Woodi Washington picked off Sam Ehlinger in the end zone late in the fourth quarter.

The pick kept Oklahoma in front by two touchdowns and should have been the final nail in the Texas coffin. Instead it could very well have been the play that saved the game when you consider the Longhorns still rallied for two late touchdowns following this pick.
