Talented, and speedy, receiver Javian Hester is coming home! The former 4-star standout from Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK) was in Norman over the weekend for a visit and shortly after announced his intentions to exit the transfer portal back in Oklahoma.
Arriving as a a 6-3/181 redshirt sophomore, Hester played in 13 games for Missouri last season where he caught 12 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns. As an Oklahoma prep Hester was rated as a 4-star recruit by 247Sports. He was also ranked as the #3 player from the state in the 2020 recruiting class and chose Missouri over 19 other scholarship offers, including UCLA, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Texas.
