Series History

The Thunder went 0-2 against the Bucks last season (0-1 at home, 0-1 on the road).

Why the Bucks Will Cover (-6.5)

Oklahoma City is 3-0 at covering the spread on the road, but tonight’s numbers worry me a bit. Milwaukee is undefeated, AND they have the second +/- in the NBA at +11.5. The Bucks aren’t just beating teams, they’re beating them by a solid amount. Even though I think the Thunder can keep this one close-ish, I do think Milwaukee will win by at least 7.

Staff Picks

Why the Game Will Hit the Over (220)

Milwaukee gives up a league-low 102.0 points per game, and the Thunder isn’t too shabby at 12th in the league giving up 112.3 points per game. The Thunder has a pretty small chance at being Milwaukee’s first loss, but because the Bucks are playing in the second game of a back-to-back, I think the defense might be a little behind, resulting in more points. These offenses are good enough to put up a few points each, and so I think the over just barely hits.
