The Sooners advanced to Saturday’s winner’s bracket with an 11-0 win over Hofstra in just five innings. Jayda Coleman and Grace Lyons both went yard and Kenzie Hansen went 3-for-3 from the plate with 4 RBIs and two runs scored. From the circle, Nicole May struck out five batters and allowed just one hit, in four innings of work, to pick up her 17th win of the season. Alex Storako pitched the final frame, allowing no hits and striking out one to complete the shutout.
