The Oklahoma City Thunder continued to struggle shooting the ball on Thursday night as they fell just short of completing a comeback in Sacramento before falling 128-123 to the Kings. OKC kicked off the season shooting the ball better than any team in the league, but over the last couple of weeks, their percentages have gradually dropped. It would be nice to see them have a solid shooting night tonight as they take on the reigning NBA Champion Denver Nuggets on the road.
The last time these two teams met, the Nuggets absolutely destroyed the Thunder in OKC in their home opener. That seems like a lifetime ago, though, as OKC has quickly grown into one of the better teams in the league. Meanwhile, Denver has dealt with the injury bug a bit while maintaining their dominance to stay in the mix atop the Western Conference standings.
