Series History

The Thunder is 1-0 against the Blazers this season (0-0 at home, 1-0 on the road). OKC has won 9 straight against Portland.

Why the Thunder Will Cover (-13)

I don’t really like double-digit spreads, but Portland has lost 16 games by at least 11 points, and 12 of those have been by at least 13 points. OKC hasn’t played their best basketball the last few games, but they play well in front of the home crowd, and after a 4-game road trip, they are going to want to show out in front of the fans. SEGABABA or not, I like the Thunder to win big tonight.

Why the Game Will Hit the Over (235.5)

The Blazers are a pretty bad basketball team right now. They don’t score a lot of points, and they give up their fair share. Meanwhile, OKC has one of the best offenses in the league, and despite not playing the greatest defense on the recent road trip, they’re still pretty solid. I expect a lot of points from the Thunder, and because this will likely be a blowout, Portland will still have to score SOME points. Either way, I’m taking the over because the Thunder has hit the over in 5 consecutive games.
