After making his debut against Tennessee, he recorded the first tackle and pass breakup of his Oklahoma career against Kansas State a month later. The next week Johnson drew his first start as a Sooner against Texas Tech on October 24th and recorded a career-high six tackles in Oklahoma’s 63-27 win.
