It turns out that the two best quarterbacks in the Big 12 are also two of the best quarterbacks in the country. On Monday Oklahoma’s Baker Mayfield and Oklahoma State’s Mason Rudolph were named as finalists for the Davey O’Brien Award given out to the nation’s top signal caller.
