In only 45 short days, Thunder fans will rally together to watch Russell Westbrook and Co. once again strike fear in the hearts of opposing NBA teams everywhere. While this last 4th of July is one that Oklahoma City will not soon forget, but spirits are high in the 405, and Oklahomans are extremely excited about the upcoming season and the beat downs that the Brodie and the rest of the team will be handing out.
The Thunder has given out a handful of embarrassing losses to opposing teams over the last 8 seasons, and the largest margin of victory since the organization has arrived in Oklahoma City is 45. Back in the 2012-13 season, the Thunder defeated the Charlotte Bobcats 114-69 on November 26, 2012, and the New Orleans Hornets 119-74 on February 27, 2013.
The Thunder will likely struggle to get anywhere near that kind of a margin of victory this season, but fear not, Thunder fans, because with all of the new additions to the team, we are bound to enjoy our share of comfortable victories.
