Andrew Coker is a heavy lean to commit to Texas A&M but that didn’t stop the Oklahoma Sooners and Bill Bedenbaugh from making a run at him. On Sunday evening the 3-Star prospect, from Katy, Texas, announced via Twitter that he had received an offer from OU.

Getting ready to be a senior in high school, Coker is already a mountain of a man at 6-6/310. Including Oklahoma, he’s received a total of 15 offers already. TCU, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Kansas State, Missouri, and Texas are among the schools Oklahoma is competing with but there’s no doubt going to be more joining in.
The Sooners currently have six offensive tackles on the roster but currently have none committed to the 2019 class, and none of the six on the roster are freshmen. It’s obvious to see why this position is a priority for 2019.
With eleven commits on board, Oklahoma’s 2019 class is ranked #1 in the Big 12 and #2 nationally by 247Sports.
