Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei junior defensive back Darion Green-Warren wanted to get his recruiting over early, and that’s exactly what he did. The 4-star corner has thirteen scholarship offers as he heads into his junior season of high school ball. However, it was the offer from Oklahoma that made him ready to commit.
He made an unofficial visit to Oklahoma on April 14th and the Sooners made a strong impression.

“Coach (Lincoln) Riley and coach (Kerry) Cooks (DB coach) made me feet at home when I was up there on my visit,” Green-Warren said in an interview with 247Sports. “Oklahoma was already my dream school so having the opportunity to play there really is a dream come true for me.”
