OSU-KState Preview

Storylines

Oklahoma State fell to 4-2 after dropping a 48-42 loss to Iowa State in Stillwater last weekend. The Cowboys looked like a hot mess in the loss, and if they don’t fix some issues in every area of the game, then they may be looking on the outside looking in when it comes to making a Bowl.

Kansas State is off to a 2-4 start after dropping the last three games. Last week, the Wildcats lost 37-34 to Baylor in Waco, and it doesn’t look like it’s getting any better in Manhattan.

The Cowboys lead the all-time series with the Wildcats 39-25, and Mike Gundy is 6-4 against Kansas State since becoming Oklahoma State’s head coach in 2005. The last three matchups between the teams have been decided by six or fewer points, and despite the home team winning more often than not in this series, the road team has won the last games.
