Signing Day is far from over for Oklahoma State. The Cowboys have inked 19 recruits on the day for a class that currently ranks 46th nationally. That could very well change around 4:00 PM Central Time though.
That’s when 4-star Midlothian, Texas receiver Langston Anderson is set to make his announcement. The 6-1/192 prospect has received 24 scholarship offers but has narrowed down his choices to just three. The coaching offices of Baylor, Ole Miss and OSU will be tuned in this afternoon to hang on the every word of a high school senior who could make or break their 2019 class.
Various outlets are reporting that Anderson is a slight lean towards Oklahoma State and if that were true then he would become the second 4-star prospect in this class. That said, Oklahoma State was the first of the three schools, in the final running, that Anderson visited.
He was on campus in Stillwater October 5th before visiting Baylor on November 16th and then finally Ole Miss on December 15th. It wasn’t until that Ole Miss visit last week that things began to change for Anderson and OSU began to rise on his list.
In 2018 he caught 72 passes for 1,291 yards and 18 touchdowns.
