Oklahoma quarterback Austin Kendall isn’t the only member of the team looking at potential options elsewhere. The Athletic reported Friday that three other players have joined Kendall in the transfer portal, a report that 247Sports eventually confirmed.
Those players are offensive linemen Tramonda Moore and Logan Roberson and safety Prentice McKinney.
Moore isn’t much of a surprise due to the fact that he was dismissed from the team in November due to a violation of team rules. Coming out of John Marshall High School (OKC) he was one of the top offensive line recruits in the country.
Roberson, a product of Harrah, OK, didn’t play in 2018 after seeing action in two games in 2017. He was actually one of the players I mentioned to keep an eye on for Oklahoma’s offensive line rebuild.
McKinney missed 2018 due to an injury. In the previous three seasons he appeared in ten games, including five as a freshman in 2015.
