Fewer than 24 hours after a double overtime victory over the Utah Jazz, the Oklahoma City Thunder found themselves in a hole against the visiting Sacramento Kings. After multiple attempts at a comeback, the Thunder simply ran out of time and this time ended the night with a loss.

Tonight, the Thunder is on the road as they take on the Denver Nuggets, a division rival that they have lost to twice already this season. The Nuggets are 3 games ahead of OKC in the Western Conference standings, and there are only 23 game remaining in the regular season. Trailing 0-2 in head-to-head matchups, this game could very well be the most important one of the Thunder’s regular season.
