The first round of the 2019 NFL Draft is just over two weeks away and, according to ESPN, the University of Oklahoma will be well represented.
Receiver Marquise Brown, offensive lineman Cody Ford, and Heisman winning quarterback Kyler Murray will be among the twenty-three players in attendance for the draft. All three are expected to be first round picks with Murray rumored to be the top overall pick by the Arizona Cardinals.
Murray was reported to be on his way to Arizona to meet with the Cardinals this week. His agent Erik Burkhardt who also represents Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury.
Ford has been rumored as a target of the New York Giants who have the 17th pick in the draft.
Brown has also been rumored as an interest of the Giants but they would most likely target him in the second round. It’s more likely that a first-round landing spot for Brown could be with the Ravens at #22 or the Colts at #26.
