Four-star Kansas City (Raytown High School) cornerback Dontae Manning liked what he saw in Norman this weekend. The 3rd-ranked overall prospect from the state of Missouri and 12th-ranked corner prospect in the nation was in attendance, with more than fifty thousand fans, for Oklahoma’s spring game Friday night.
Sunday was his commitment day.
At 6-0/175, Manning has received eighteen scholarship offers, including Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon, and Virginia Tech, to go along with his offer from Oklahoma.
Manning becomes the sixth member of OU’s 2020 recruiting class. The Sooners currently have the top class in the Big 12 and are ranked 12th nationally.
