Oklahoma State Football | Another Injury Rumor At A Key Position

Just a few weeks removed from losing star receiver Tylan Wallace, due to a knee injury, the Oklahoma State Cowboys may have to deal with the loss of another offensive star if the swirling rumors are true.

According to multiple media, and fan, Twitter accounts, freshman quarterback Spencer Sanders underwent surgery on his thumb and will be out for at least the remainder of the of the regular season (@West Virginia, Oklahoma).

If the reports are true then Mike Gundy will be looking to redshirt senior Dru Brown as Oklahoma State’s new starting quarterback. A graduate transfer from Hawaii, Brown has completed 13-of-18 passing attempts this season for 223 yards and three touchdowns to no interceptions.
