OSU Football has announced that the OSU-Tulsa game has been postponed one week to September 19th. The delay appears due to TU’s limited practices because of COVID-19 restrictions. The Golden Hurricane’s had a 9 day pause in practices due to positive cases and have only been able to practice 7 days out of the 17 preseason days.
