It’s been almost a month since the Oklahoma City Thunder opened up the season with an easy win on the road over the Chicago Bulls, and now the two teams meet again, this time in OKC. The Thunder is riding a 5-game win streak at 10-4, while the Bulls are just 5-10 so far.
The Thunder has not won 6 consecutive games since the 2018-19 season when they did it twice, but they have a good opportunity to do it tonight as they host the Bulls. Chicago has a roster of solid veterans, but they haven’t been able to figure things out so far this season. Meanwhile, OKC is rolling, and they look like one of the top teams in the league behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and rookie Chet Holmgren.
OKC is a solid favorite over Chicago, and as long as they continue doing what they have been doing, this shouldn’t be much of a game. Still, it’s the NBA, and crazier things have happened than a road underdog upsetting a strong home team, so the Thunder should look to get into a generous mood a day ahead of Thanksgiving and share the ball to fuel another solid win.
