Why the Thunder Will NOT Cover (-12.5)
I have several reasons for why I think OKC will not cover against San Antonio tonight at home. First off, I think the Thunder is due for a closer game after a few blowout wins to open up the season. Secondly, I think the Chet vs. Wemby matchup is one that the league WANTS to be close, and as a result, it will SOMEHOW end up being closer than perhaps it should.
Why the Game Will NOT Hit the Over (221.5)
OKC is all about that defense, and San Antonio has struggled to score to open up the season. The only way this hits the over is if the Thunder blows the Spurs out badly—talking like 25+ points—and I don’t really see that happening.
