The Oklahoma City Thunder wraps up Group Play of the NBA Cup on Tuesday night as they host the Utah Jazz. The Jazz have already been eliminated from Knockout Round, going 0-3 so far, but the Thunder still has a shot as they sit at 2-1. OKC can clinch a spot with a win over the Jazz and a San Antonio Spurs loss to the Phoenix Suns.
Overall, the Jazz have had a rough start to the season as they sit at 4-16 on the season. Winners of just 1 of their last 9 outings, Utah is definitely still in the very early stages of a rebuild. Meanwhile, OKC has had a hold on the top spot in the West for a chunk of the first quarter of this season, and they should be able to maintain that spot by simply taking care of business tonight.
