Series History

So far this season, the Thunder is 3-0 against the Jazz (2-0 at home, 1-0 on the road). The Thunder has defeated the Jazz in 9 of the last 10 meetings, including 3 of the last 4 in Salt Lake City.

Why the Thunder Will Cover (-9.5)

OKC is sitting 7 of their top guys as the end of the season nears, but Utah is embracing the tank, and they’re missing a ton of guys as well. The Thunder is going to play hard regardless of who is out there, and the Jazz probably would rather lose, so I’m taking OKC to win by double digits.

Why the Game Will Hit the Over (234)

The Thunder has struggled to score at times this season without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander on the floor, but that has dramatically improved over time. Ajay Mitchell is making his return to play tonight after a few months off due to toe surgery, and while he’s undoubtedly going to be rusty, he’s a great game manager and facilitator, and OKC has enough guys that can put points on the board. Utah also has some quality younger scorers, so I expect this one to go over the point total, especially if the Thunder is going to cover the spread.
