Why the Thunder Will Cover (-16)

OKC has the highest-scoring offense and the lowest-scoring defense in the NBA, while the Pacers have one of the worst scoring offenses and a below-average defense. Last year’s NBA Finals matchup and even the close meeting earlier this season do not matter. The Thunder should put this one away early, regardless of how injured they are, and cruise to another easy win.

Why the Game Will NOT Hit the Over (226.5)

The Pacers struggle to score as is, and the Thunder defense has held opponents to 104 points or fewer in 4 of their last 5 games. There’s a good chance OKC holds Indiana to under 100 points, and even though I anticipate a blowout for the Thunder, I don’t see this one going over the point total.
