Thunder Against the Spread | OKC Covering Against Kings Depends on Status of Fox

OKC trailed from the start against the Kings on Sunday, but after being outscored by 10 in the first quarter, the Thunder managed to cut the deficit to just 4 points headed into the final frame. I think tonight’s matchup could be very similar, but I think it will be harder for Sacramento to pull away late. Add to the fact that De’Aaron Fox is a game time decision, and I’m leaning towards OKC covering the small spread. If Fox is out, I think it’s safe to outright pick the Thunder, but even if he does play, I like OKC’s odds of at least covering the spread.

OKC Thunder | Game #61 Preview: Sacramento Kings

It’s been just two days since the Oklahoma City Thunder dropped a 124-115 decision at home to the Sacramento Kings, but the two teams are back at the Paycom Center on Tuesday night for round two. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was announced to be in health and safety protocols on Tuesday, so he continues to be out, and the Kings may be without De’Aaron Fox due to soreness in his left wrist.
