2017 3-Star Center Flips From Aggies To Sooners

Oklahoma is off to a strong start to the week on the recruiting front. The day after the Sooners received a commitment from a 2018 4-star quarterback the 2017 class was boosted with a commitment from a 3-star offensive linemen. Rivals has Shawnee, Oklahoma’s Creed Humphrey listed as the nation’s fifth best prospect at the center position and on Monday he decided to stay close to home to play college football.

Having previously committed to Texas A&M, Humphrey now becomes the seventeenth commitment for Oklahoma in a 2017 class that is currently ranked 5th in the nation by Rivals. At 6-4/290, he’s drawn interest from 24 schools and offers from the likes of Alabama, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas A&M and fourteen others.

As Oklahoma’s 2017 class is coming together, Humphrey joins 4-star prospects Marquise Hayes (Maryland Heights, MO) and Tyrese Robinson (McKinney, TX) as the offensive linemen currently in the class.
