Oklahoma State Basketball is dancing once again! The Cowboys (20-12) are heading to Indianapolis as the #10 Seed in the Midwest Bracket. Up next for the Pokes are the Derrick Walton and the Michigan Wolverines.
Riding a 5-game winning streak, the Wolverines are the 2017 Big 10 Tournament champions. Scoring an average of 74.9 points per game Michigan earned the right to remain in Big 10 Country by way of a 24-11 record that earned them #7 seed in the Midwest.
Walton is averaging 15 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in nearly 35 minutes per game this season. He scored 22 points, with 7 assists, and grabbed 6 rebounds against Wisconsin in the Big 10 championship game.
Joining Oklahoma State in the Midwest Bracket are the Kansas Jayhawks, who drew the the #1 seed, and Iowa State with the #5 seed. Baylor is the #3 seed in the East and West Virginia is #4 in the West. Kansas State is among the First Four, playing Wake Forest on Tuesday for the #11 seed in the South.
