The Oklahoma City Thunder (5-10) continued to stay close but end up with a loss as they fell 130-127 to the LA Lakers (14-2) on Friday night, and for the time being, OKC just can’t seem to get over that hump.

“It’s stupid,” said Thunder point guard Chris Paul. “I don’t know if that’s the right word but it’s stupid. We’ve got to figure it out.”

Tonight, OKC has a chance to grab what should be an easy win as they take on the Golden State Warriors (3-14) at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California. The Thunder is 2-0 against the Warriors so far this season, and Golden State currently sits at the bottom of the Western Conference.

After 3 consecutive losses decided by 5 points or fewer—making 7 such games on the season—Oklahoma City could use a win tonight to get the ball rolling in a better direction.
