Oklahoma scored a big recruiting victory on Thanksgiving day when 5-star defensive end Reggie Grimes announced his decision to play for the Sooners but it appears as if Alex Grinch isn’t even close for being finished for 2020.
Junior College cornerback Justin Harrington Tweeted out on Friday that he had been offered by the Sooners and the Bakersfield College (Raleigh, North Carolina) product may be a perfect fit in Grinch’s Speed Defense.
With a 6-3/214 fame, Harrington is a bigger bodied corner than what Oklahoma is currently using. For comparison, Parnell Motley is 6-0/180, Tre Brown is 5-10/181, and Jaden Davis is 5-10/175. That said, don’t overlook the possibility that he could play safety at OU.
Rated as a 4-star JUCO prospect by 247Sports, Harrington currently hold eight scholarship offers. The early signing period for college football begins on December 18th.
