Series History
The Thunder went 2-0 against the Magic last season (1-0 at home, 1-0 on the road).
Why the Thunder Will Cover (-12.5)
The Thunder became the first team to ever start a season with 5 straight wins by 12 or more points, and then they defeated the LA Clipper on Saturday night to move that streak to 6. They have a shot to extend that streak even more as they are favored by double digits against the Magic. Orlando is short-handed and are notably missing Paolo Banchero, the guy that was drafted ahead of Chet Holmgren.
Why the Game Will NOT Hit the Over (215.5)
Both of these teams are known for their defensive tenacity, and while the Thunder has the capability of popping off on the offensive end, particularly in front of the home crowd, I do think this point total will remain under the line.
