Picking the Playoffs: One Game, One Ticket, One Trip to the NBA Finals

The good news? We finally dug ourselves out of the ditch.

The bad news? We don’t get to enjoy it for very long.

After a disastrous start to the Western Conference Finals, Thursday night’s perfect 3-0 card pushed our recent run to 7-2 over the last three games. We correctly backed San Antonio on the moneyline, nailed the spread, and hit the under to improve our series record to an even 9-9.

Considering where this thing stood a week ago, we’ll gladly take .500 heading into the biggest game of the season for both teams.

And fittingly, our picks have mirrored the series itself.

Both have been wild.

Both have swung dramatically from side to side.

And now both come down to one final night.

Tonight, the Oklahoma City Thunder host the San Antonio Spurs in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals at Paycom Center with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line.

No more adjustments.

No more second chances.

No more saving anything for later.

The winner gets the New York Knicks.

The loser starts summer vacation.
