After falling to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday, the Oklahoma City Thunder enters Wednesday night’s matchup with the Denver Nuggets on a 2-game losing streak. This marks just the fifth time all season that OKC has lost back-to-back games, and they have yet to lose three in a row. Tonight could change that, however, as the Thunder will be short-handed…perhaps really short-handed.
Jalen Williams (sprained right ankle) and Isaiah Joe (sternum contusion) have already been ruled out, but Shai-Gilgeous Alexander (illness), Luguentz Dort (sore left ankle), and Chet Holmgren (sprained left ankle) are all questionable. **UPDATE** Shai, Chet, and Lu are all available.
The Nuggets are without Nikola Jokic (lower back pain), and at the end of the day, the rest of the guys on these rosters are still professional basketball players, but Thunder fans should feel a lot better about the game now that several key players are good to go.
