Series History
The Thunder is 1-0 against the Kings so far this season (0-0 at home, 1-0 on the road). The Thunder has won 3 games in a row against the Kings overall.
Why the Thunder Will Cover (-8.5)
OKC suffered a tough loss on Wednesday night against the Golden State Warriors, and it cannot be understated how great teams have to respond after suffering some adversity. The Thunder has responded to their previous 8 losses by winning the next game all but once and doing so by double digits in 6-of-7 wins. I think OKC comes out at home amped up and ready to right the ship by giving fans a convincing win over the Kings.
Why the Game Will NOT Hit the Over (236.5)
If OKC wants to win in a convincing fashion, they need to do so with their defense. The Thunder played great defense against Golden State in the first half before letting up in the second half. Tonight needs to be a complete game by the Thunder, but they tend to play better at home, so I’m taking the under on the point total.
