The Oklahoma City Thunder rolled to a 4-game win streak—all double-digit victories— last night as they defeated the Toronto Raptors in OKC. Now the Thunder travels to Memphis where they will take on Ja Morant, Jaren Jackson Jr., and the Grizzlies.
Chet Holmgren made his debut last night after missing 39 games due to injury, playing just 22 minutes. He finished with 4 points, 5 rebounds, 4 blocks, and an assist, but it’s good to see him back in uniform. As his conditioning ramps up between now and the end of the NBA All-Star Break, he should be back to his typical form in no time.
The Grizzlies haven’t played since Wednesday, when they picked up their fourth consecutive win in a 138-107 domination over the Toronto Raptors, so they are good and rested, but OKC has been able to rest starters in the 4th quarter of several recent games, so the Thunder should be ready for a tough matchup with the #2 team in the West.
