Series History

So far this season, the Thunder is 1-0 against the Grizzlies (0-0 at home, 1-0 on the road). OKC has defeated Memphis in 6 consecutive meetings.

Why the Thunder Will Cover (-2)

OKC is playing in the second game of a back-to-back against Memphis, who is coming off two days of rest. The Thunder’s top defense will have to work to stop The Grizzlies’ top offense, which will be difficult if Luguentz Dort and Cason Wallace are out again. The Thunder has had 4 straight blowout wins, so they should be plenty rested to take on the Grizzlies, and that’s why I’m taking them to cover the spread and win on the road.

Why the Game Will NOT Hit the Over (242.5)

Memphis is great offensively, but bad defensively, and regardless of who plays for OKC, I don’t see the point total going this high. The Thunder defense should be old to slow down the Grizzlies enough to keep it below this total, so I’m taking the under.
