Why the Thunder Will Cover (-4.5)
The Pistons are one of the biggest surprises as the season, but to anyone who has watched this team being built over the last couple of years, it’s not really that big of a shock. Cade Cunningham is a superstar in the making, and Detroit’s emergence in the Eastern Conference will not be short-lived. The spread is likely so small because Jalen Williams (hip) and Chet Holmgren (rest) are out tonight, and the Pistons have been playing really well lately. Still, I like OKC to pick up another solid road win, and I’m taking them to cover in the process.
