Why the Thunder Will Cover (-8.5)
With just a handful of games remaining and OKC just now getting to full strength, it feels like Mark Daigneault needs to tighten up the rotation a bit. The Thunder doesn’t have many weak opponents remaining, which is actually kind of a good test ahead of the playoffs. I think we see some heavier minutes for key guys tonight, and I like OKC to cover, even if it is down the stretch due to some extra free throws.
Why the Game Will NOT Hit the Over (224.5)
This isn’t a playoff game, but it might feel like it, considering both teams are still fighting to lock up their spot in the standings. I expect a heavy focus on the defensive end, so don’t be surprised if this one has a low point total similar to their last meeting a few weeks ago. I’m taking the under.
