The Oklahoma State Cowboys have lost 7 straight games, and they are officially out of bowl contention. By some standards, there’s not much reason to play, but I would hope that Mike Gundy and Co. have enough pride to know you play the game for much more than just a bowl game. With two games remaining on the season, perhaps Oklahoma State can put some things together in order to finish the season on a high note…or a not-so-low note at the least.
The Oklahoma State football team is in complete disarray. They have lost 6 straight games, Mike Gundy has completely lost faith in the Cowboy fanbase, and it’s hard to see a win coming out of the remaining schedule. Still, the season goes on, the games must be played, and if you have to play, you might as well play to win.

The Cowboys have lost four straight, and a fifth loss today would be the longest losing streak of head coach Mike Gundy’s career. While neither team has a shot at making the Big 12 Championship, both schools are still hoping for a shot at a bowl game at this point, and a win today would go a long way.

The 16th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys trailed the Arkansas Razorbacks 14-0 after the first quarter, and it looked like it was about to get worse. Arkansas was driving down the field well into Cowboy territory, likely headed towards another touchdown, before Kale Smith picked off a Taylen Green pass and returned it for a touchdown. The score put Oklahoma State within striking territory, but the Razorbacks put another touchdown on the board before halftime, and all of a sudden, the Cowboys were trailing 21-7 headed into the break.
