What’s Next For Oklahoma Softball?

For the first time in a long time Oklahoma will enter the 2019 softball season with a bunch of question marks. Gone are the aces in the circle, gone is the team captain, and shortstop, gone is one of the most reliable catchers in the nation. Arkansas coach Courtney Deifel decided to go with sophomore Autumn Storms in the circle, after freshman Mary Haff was rocked in Friday’s Super Regional opener. Oklahoma jumped on Storms in the first inning, plating two runs, giving the appearance that Saturday would bring more of the same regardless of who the pitcher was.
