Oklahoma’s Run-Rule Streak Extends To Four Games

Junior pitcher Mariah Lopez was finally tagged for a run when UK’s Lauren Johnson sent a solo home run shot over the right field fence in the top of the first. That would be it for the Wildcats on the scoreboard though as Oklahoma would get to cranking it in the third.

What’s Next For Oklahoma Softball?

Oklahoma Opens Super Regional With 7-2 Victory Over Arkansas

Sydney Romero led off by striking out on a high fastball and then Jocelyn Alo popped out right after that. It appeared that Arkansas freshman pitcher Mary Haff was going to frustrate Oklahoma in her Super Regional debut. Alo noticed something though and stopped to whisper in Shay Knighten’s ear before retreating to the dugout.
