Possibly the best thing to come from Sunday’s victory, outside of staving off a series sweep, is that the Sooners were able to close out the game strong. That’s been a struggle for Oklahoma the last two weekends as late rallies from the Texas Longhorns and Red Raiders have cause OU leads evaporate and generate losses.
