I’m extremely uncomfortable with this but I can’t see a way the Thunder don’t cover tonight. OKC is in the exact same position it was in against Detroit on Friday night when neither wanted to win. Toronto has taken it a step further than the Pistons did by literally resting everyone of high value. This game should be close throughout and while I’m completely against picking OKC against the spread this season I really can’t help myself this time.
It is unknown at this time whether or not Adams will be available for tonight’s home matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers (18-25). Whether or not Adams plays will be a major key to how the Thunder plays on both ends of the floor, but the Blazers are dealing with a key injury as well.

Tonight, the Thunder continues the West Coast trip as they take on the Portland Trail Blazers (6-12). The Blazers have been one of the most disappointing teams of the NBA so far, and they are still struggling to figure out their identity. They recently signed Carmelo Anthony, but they have yet to really put anything together.

This season, we are ranking each team in the Northwest Division by position. First, we covered point guards, and now we’re covering shooting guards. The shooting guard position is not near as important as it has been in the past, and there aren’t a whole lot of stars at the position. With that being said, there’s not a lot of depth either.
