Oklahoma City Thunder | Game #70: Miami Heat

The losing streak continues to grow for the Oklahoma City Thunder, and it’s unlikely to come to an end tonight as the Thunder takes on the Miami Heat in the second road game in three days. Despite all the losing, OKC has fought in a number of games, including on Wednesday night in San Antonio when they trailed by 16 to the Spurs before rallying to take a lead with just a few seconds left in the fourth quarter. Lonnie Walker IV managed to hit a contested three with a little over a second left on the clock to give San Antonio the lead and the eventual win.

Thunder Against The Spread | The Over Looks Likely Against Miami

I got burned by Oklahoma City’s lackluster offensive performance against Brooklyn on Sunday night but I’m still approaching Monday with some confidence. Clearly if Jimmy Bultler isn’t able to go then that’s a huge advantage for the Thunder. Even if Butler plays though, Miami is only outscoring opponents on the road by an average of 3.2 points per game. OKC is getting beat by an average of 4.8 points per game at home and those averages would favor the Thunder against a 9-point spread.

OKC Thunder | Game #31 Preview: Heat

The Oklahoma City Thunder handled the Cleveland Cavaliers just fine on the road last night, and tonight, the Thunder hosts the reigning Eastern Conference Champion Miami Heat. Despite hopes of making another run at the NBA Finals, the Heat have struggled so far their season, and they are just one game better than the rebuilding Thunder.

OKC Thunder | Bubble Game #7 Preview: Miami Heat

The Oklahoma City Thunder (43-27) struggled to a 121-92 loss on Monday against the Memphis Grizzlies (33-39) thanks primarily to a short-handed roster. Now the Thunder turns their attention to the Miami Heat (44-27).

2018 Northwest Division Position Rankings | Shooting Guards

This season, we are ranking each team in the Northwest Division by position. First, we covered point guards, and now we’re covering shooting guards. The shooting guard position is not near as important as it has been in the past, and there aren’t a whole lot of stars at the position. With that being said, there’s not a lot of depth either.
